Seller must comply with all TCPA requirements for any outreach to consumers, including obtaining prior express written consent before calling or texting a lead, maintaining records of such consent, and following all applicable federal and state TCPA regulations. FanBasis does not collect, verify, or store TCPA consent on the Seller’s behalf, and the Seller is solely responsible for maintaining compliant consent practices.

3. Misrepresent the soft inquiry or any party’s role;
4. Sell, misuse, or resell qualification data;

SCOPE OF SERVICES
The Services enable Clients to upload or submit data (“Input Data”), which may include email addresses, phone
numbers, IP addresses, device identifiers, and other personal or technical attributes, for purposes of lead enrichment,
identity validation, segmentation, scoring, analytics, routing, and internal business intelligence (collectively, Lead Enrichment Services”). The Lead Enrichment Services are intended for marketing, operational, and analytical use only and are not intended to constitute consumer reporting, credit decisioning, or eligibility determinations under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”). In addition, where expressly enabled and used in compliance with applicable law, the Services may support a limited soft credit inquiry–based pre-qualification workflow solely to determine preliminary eligibility for a potential offer (“Pre-Qualification Services”). Any use of the Pre-Qualification Services is subject to valid consumer consent, a lawful permissible purpose, and all required disclosures, and responsibility for such compliance rests exclusively with the Client. The Services may generate or return enhanced data outputs (“Output Data”) derived from a combination of proprietary processes and data licensed from third-party providers. Output Data may include, without limitation, hashed emails, device fingerprints, identity graph data, behavioral indicators, inferred attributes, and eligibility signals. Except for the limited Pre Qualification Services described above, Output Data does not include consumer credit reports, credit scores, tradelines, or other regulated credit data. Client acknowledges and agrees that Output Data is provided solely for informational and internal business use, is not guaranteed to be accurate or complete, and may be subject to usage limitations, confidentiality restrictions, and licensing conditions imposed by third party data providers.
